Data sources feeding
the analytics app

Six systems, six logins. Now the owners open one.

We manage both ad platforms, overhauled the technical SEO of the WordPress site, and built a private analytics app that pulls GoHighLevel, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Urable and Google Business Profile reviews into one login — with an AI chat on top so the owners can ask questions about their own numbers.

What we built & fixed
Analytics app — leads live from the CRM with an estimated pipeline value, Google and Meta spend with cost per lead side by side, GA4 traffic, paid jobs and revenue by location straight from Urable, review monitoring, monthly reports, AI chat.
Revenue-aware ads — paid jobs from Urable and closed deals from GoHighLevel flow back into Google Ads as enhanced conversions, so closed jobs show up inside Google Ads next to the campaigns that produced them. Website call tracking for both store numbers.
Google Ads cleanup — rolled back the damage from Google's auto-applied recommendations (broad keywords, wild ROAS targets), removed double-counted conversions, rebuilt the Brand campaign on phrase and exact match, shared negative-keyword lists across services, and cleared 992 stale IP blocks.
Meta fixes — repointed the flagship PPF ad from the homepage to the PPF landing page and replaced a dead phone number, added customer-list exclusions and store-radius targeting, launched new PPF video and offer creative.
SEO — 22 landing pages given full-bleed video heroes, nine duplicate blog posts consolidated into money pages with 301s, category archives de-indexed, 600 brand-name inconsistencies fixed site-wide, service schema and entity graph, a real-photo tint before/after slider on the Tesla page.
Tools — a front-desk phone-intake app that logs calls into the CRM, an automated weekly performance report, and Tint Pros Studio: a real-time 3D PPF and tint preview on a Bronco, M4, P1 and SF90.

What we built & fixed
New website — black-and-gold rebuild with a video hero, service and pricing pages, quote and booking flows. The full source was handed to the owner: they hold the keys.
Tracking that counts once — Meta Pixel and Conversions API running side by side with event de-duplication, lead events fired from the site's own forms.
Revenue back to Meta — completed jobs from Urable sync to Meta as purchase events three times a day, so completed jobs are reported back against the ads that produced them.
Meta campaigns — a new Ceramic Coating video campaign with a lead form and a from-$599 offer, exclusion audiences of recent form submitters, and headline / body-copy variants on the ads.
Google Ads — cost per conversion and daily conversions by campaign, before and after, in the table above.

Humble Crew Auto SpaAn 84-URL site rebuilt from the ground up — every service, every city, every one of Jesse's articles — using their own copy throughout.

Their old site wasn't getting the ad traffic and its structure was holding back its rankings. We rebuilt all of it for search — and kept their voice.

Every service page, every before/after video and every one of Jesse's 24 journal posts came from their existing site — their words, not ours. What changed is the structure underneath: one page per service, per city and per city-service pair, each with its own titles, schema and internal links.

What we built
75-page site — home, 8 service landing pages, 7 city pages, 28 city × service pages, 24 journal posts plus the journal index, Tesla guide, gallery, FAQ, terms, contact and booking.
Booking & CRM — Urable booking embedded on every page; the quote form writes straight into their GoHighLevel CRM and opens a pipeline opportunity.
Tracking layer — one Google Tag Manager container carrying GA4, Google Ads and Meta, with lead, call, email and booking events on every page.
Search plumbing — canonical tags, Open Graph cards, JSON-LD, sitemap and robots on all 75 pages; every one of the 84 old URLs mapped — 39 redirected, the rest kept at their original paths.
Their own footage, properly marked up — 28 YouTube videos embedded on the right pages with VideoObject schema; before/after sliders built from their own photos and video.
Audits — a Google Ads account audit and a full marketing audit, with real-revenue attribution built by matching Urable payments to CRM leads (94% match rate).

Ferrari Purosangue, Porsche, Novitec exhaust — the work was already elite. The website wasn't.

We built the brand system and the site together: a night-purple palette, angled hash marks lifted from the logo, and every photo and video the shop sent us color-graded through one cinematic pipeline so the whole site feels like a single shoot.

What we built
13-page site — home, three service landing pages, gallery with six build case studies, about, and a journal ready for their first posts.
Media pipeline — client footage graded for highlights, shadows and vignette; separate landscape and portrait hero videos so phones get a vertical cut instead of a cropped one.
Brand assets — logo cleanup with a transparent master, a full favicon and app-icon set, and a social share card.
Lead capture — a quote form with instant email notification to the owner.
SEO & launch — geo-targeted titles and descriptions, AutomotiveBusiness schema, sitemap and robots, canonical tags; domain, DNS and SSL configured and the site launched on zmautolabmn.com.

Not an automotive client — but the same standard of build.

A programs hub with three flagship landing pages, a seven-step intake quiz that pre-fills by program, a founding-member offer page, and a licensed four-scene video hero. Sections pin and the next one folds over like a card as you scroll, with subtle parallax on the ruled backgrounds.

What we built
17-page site with a programs hub, weight-loss, hormone and recovery landings, testing, membership tiers and founder pricing.
Intake flow — a seven-step clinical questionnaire that lands in the clinic's inbox, plus a founding-offer form with source tracking.
Product imagery — supplier vial photography cut out, retouched and rebranded to Vitora; pen imagery wordmarked to match.
Motion — card-fold section stacking, drifting chart-paper grounds and figure drift, all dependency-free.
Print collateral — QR-coded sign-up sheets and a PNOĒ testing menu for launch events, in color and black-and-white.
